What does a service call actually cost?

Our diagnostic fee is $89 — waived entirely if you approve the repair. Once we diagnose, you get a flat-rate quote before any work begins. No hourly meter, no surprise add-ons after the fact. The quote is the price.

Do you work on older systems, or just new stuff?

Both. We service every major brand going back to pre-2010 R-22 units. If a 15-year-old system can be repaired economically, we'll repair it. If it's smarter to replace, we'll show you the numbers and let you decide — no pressure.

Is the maintenance plan actually worth it?

For homes with systems older than 5 years — almost always. Members pay $149/yr for two tune-ups, get 15% off repairs, skip to the front of the queue during heat waves, and carry an extended parts warranty. Most members break even on a single prevented repair.

Who actually shows up — employees or subcontractors?

W-2 employees only. Background-checked, uniformed, NATE-certified. You get a photo and name text of your tech 30 minutes before arrival so you know exactly who to expect. No subs, no surprises.

We're factory-authorized for Carrier, Trane, Rheem, and Goodman — which covers about 90% of what makes sense in South Florida. We'll recommend the right fit based on your home, your budget, and how long you plan to be there, not on which brand pays us the most that month.

Yes — same-day approvals through Synchrony and Wells Fargo. 0% for 12 months is usually available for installs, and most homeowners qualify for payments starting at $99/mo.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Florida CAC license on file (available on request), $2M general liability, and worker's comp on every employee. Certificates of insurance available within an hour for property managers and HOAs.

Most single-system residential installs are a one-day job, in and out. Larger homes with ductwork modifications run two days. We pull all permits, coordinate inspections, and the system is commissioned and running before we leave.
