AC Installation Sized, sealed, and warrantied for the long haul.

An AC install is 30% equipment, 70% craftsmanship. We do a Manual J load calculation, match the duct system to the tonnage, and commission the unit to manufacturer spec so your warranty actually sticks.

The deep dive on installation.

Everything we wish our customers asked before choosing a contractor.

01

Sizing is 70% of the install

Oversized systems short-cycle, never pull humidity, and cost more to run. Undersized systems run 24/7 and still never feel right. We do a real ACCA Manual J load calculation with your square footage, orientation, insulation, window package, and occupant count. No rules-of-thumb. No "looks like a 4-ton to me."

02

Ductwork is half the system

A $12,000 unit bolted to leaky 1980s ducts is a $6,000 unit. We test your duct system with a pressure pan, seal what's worth sealing, and recommend replacement only when the math actually works out in your favor.

03

Commissioning — the step most contractors skip

We don't leave until the system is running to factory spec: charge verified by subcool or superheat, static pressure in range, thermostat wired and calibrated, refrigerant lines insulated and protected from sun. You get a commissioning report emailed before we leave.

Great fit if
  • Existing system is 12+ years old with climbing repair costs
  • R-22 system — refrigerant is increasingly unavailable
  • New construction, addition, or conversion
  • Energy bills have outpaced equipment cost
Probably not for you if
  • Current system is under 10 years with a minor repair (fix first)
  • Landlord-owned rental where you can't authorize the install

Two-minute call. Confirmed arrival window. A tech at your door with the part on the truck. That's the whole pitch.
